Even in most parts of the United States (which "Indian Territory" was not part of), birth records were not required by law until about 1907. Even then, the laws were not really enforced until ablut 1917. If the parents were Cherokee, you might find a listing of the child on the 1880 Cherokee Roll. If they were not Cherokee, then the Cherokee Nation would be quite foolish to take upon themselves the responsibility of recording the birth of the child of a non-citizen family, who were most likely living in the Nation as Illegal Intruders. jc
