I am looking for information concerning Victory L. Green. She may have been Cherokee and was married to Green who was Cherokee. She was a widow when she came to Custer County and homesteaded. She filed in 1898 and received her approval in 1902 which was one year before my grandparents, Elmer and Annie Green moved to a farm near hers. She does not appear on the census in 1900 but was apparently there. She must be a relative and I would like to connect her to our family. Any help would be appreciated.
