The following two marriages were sent to me a while back but with no explanation of where the records came from or where these people were married? Federal courts were in operation in Indian Territory starting in 1895. I think there were three in all. One was at Ardmore. I found my grandparents' 1899 marriage license in microfilm records of that court's records.
