Bill and all Most permits were handled through the Indian court systems. Those records which survived are at OHS Archives in OKC. One would need to know the Indian county and then do a lot of reading. We at Bryan County Heritage Ass'n. have abstracted Blue County court records in 5 volumes. We have also abstracted Panola County and part of Pickens Counties as well.
