I want to thank everyone for their help with my question on confederate pensions. The national archives do not have the confederate pensions for that time. I have already tried. I did check the link that was sent for the OK historical society index online, but the name was not listed. I do know that he received one, and I have found him on the ancestry, com pension index. So next I will call the historical society. Thank you all again. I really appreciate the help. Gloria
