    3. Hi, I have been looking for my grandmother Martha Elizabeth Story's, mother and father. Martha or Mattie was b 1871-, her sister Sara Bernice Story Cochran b.1876-1969, might be a half sister. Their father was a William Story, b. approx 1855, but I don't know who he married. When Martha's first husband A E Jones, died she stayed with an "Aunt Julia Hildebrand Beck". I don't know if she was a real aunt or friend. I have searched this name and am familiar with the Beck mill and legend but have not found any connection even at the library in Colcord. And it was said that William lived near/with Sara in Jay/eucha/kenwood area but I cannot find the cemetery he was buried in or know what year he died. That's not much to go on, is it...These families seem to traverse back and forth between Kansas OK and Siloam Springs, AR. Open for suggestions on where to look next. deb
