Has anyone out there tried to find a death certificate for someone who died in Indian Territory before Oklahoma was a state???????? My ggrandfather died in Murray county just about 1885 or so..........anyone have any idea if the Chickasaw nation kept any kind of records of the whites on pass???? Thanks all help welcome......Cathy
