I'm not complaining...I'm enjoying the conversations...I've been on this list for a over a year and I've learned more in the last few weeks of conversations than I have the whole time I've been on here. Who's complaining???? I haven't seen there post. Yes there were a few who unscribed several weeks ago...but that's the last I heard. We're talking "Roots" here, and many of our roots are buried deep. No I haven't found anything directly related to my search...but I've learned alot from others. I cannot prove my "roots"...but I know inside it's there. I have some suspicions that I can't prove.....like an ancestor who had six children but no wife, and the children never mentioned a mother....The time period was in the early 1700's, the location was TN/NC area. I don't believe a man had six children without the help of a female....That's just one of my brick walls. I've found them on every of my family. I hope someday I'll read one of the post and walls will come tumbling down. I don't care about a card....I want to know for me...
