    3. the Indian Year Book for 1947 gives only 1 son for Maharaja Harindar Singh & that is Harmohindar Singh b. 22 Oct 1937. It does mention a younger brother to the Maharaja Manjitindar Singh, however. ----- Original Message ----- From: Henry Soszynski Sent: Sunday, May 09, 2004 11:37 PM To: [email protected] Subject: Re: [INDIA-ROYALTY] Faridkot Princess At 11:34 AM 06/05/04 -0700, you wrote: >This is an very old article. > >Faridkot Maharajas daughter found dead >S.P. The Maharajkumari died of a massive heart attack. The report says that she was 57, but another report (from the same source), gives her birthdate as 19 September 1949. Also, the report says that the late Maharaja lost his only son, however I have two sons listed for him. Could the second son have been a grandson? Anyone know? 3. It seems that Maharaja Harindar Singh was succeeded by his brother, who presumably would have passed away by now and been succeeded by his surviving son. Who is the present Maharaja of Burdwan (a son of Uday Chand Mahtab perhaps). The Faridkot page has been updated as well as Jaisalmer, Vijaynagar and Jhalawar.
