I regret to inform you that Rajmata Devinder Kumari (80) of the former Princely state of Chamba and a former Himachal legislator, died at King Rashid Hospital in Dubai 27th June 2004 after a stroke. She was the wife of the late HH Raja Lakshman Singh and is survived by three sons and two daughters, all married. She was born into the Royal Family of Pratapgarh.
