Two of my friends visited Bangladesh in last two years but their interest was more in capturing images of old Zamindars magnificient houses. Other than Ahsan Manzil of Nawab of Dacca, who was the biggest Zamindar of East Bengal, they brought me images of following Zamindar Baris Baliati, Manikganj Nababganj Bhawal, Gazipur Dhanbari Kantajir, Dinajpur Korutia Natore Muktagacha,Mymensingh Murapara Mymensingh Puthia, Rajshahi Rani Bhabani Palace, Natore Sonargaon Tagore Kuthibari, Kushtia Tajhat, Rangpur and Teota Palace. Any one intested may write to me separately. The are images in big files since they are saved in .BMP format to avoid loss of details. Hence, a new try. Pls see below. In addition I am as well looking for a historian who could do some research + continue a book written in the 1920s about my family. A contact name of a historian would already help. Or a book dealing with 17 - 18th (19th) century Bengali landowners.
