I am trying to find out details of this man born 1828 possibly Madras, died 1890 Madurai. Son of Thomas Scott. TMS was a lawyer, High Court Judge in Salem in the 1860s, an SPG catechists and translator of Tamil poetry. Married Ratha or Martha De Beyo. In 2010 the AngloIndian Journal published a paper titled Thomas Morton Scott:an Anglo-Indian Worthy. WorldCat has this journal in The British Library Archive but the copy is missing.
