G'day folks, Just received a copy of this book from the Pagoda Tree Press - look them up on your friend and mine - Mr Google. John Saché was a photographer who appears to have travelled a lot around northern India from Calcutta to Naini Tal and Lucknow. The book contains some of the many photographs that he took during his time in India. I also received a small catalogue of books that are in print right now. Information on most of them can be found on the web site. Of interest to me is a book called "The Sardhana Pictures". When I left school I joined the British India Ship Navigation Company as a cadet Officer. My first ship was the MV "Sirdhana". I'll have to get the book now! :-) ooroo
