Hi Harshu, Here in Australia I reckon every city had it's "Railway Institute" - <quote> An Institute was established primarily to service the social and recreational needs of railway employees. An Institute still continues as a community social organisation since the demise of the Australian National Railway. <end quote> The buildings still stand in most towns and cities around Australia and are used as community halls, hired out for all sorts of functions.
