Hi Guys, Guys, to all of you out there, who are waiting for replies to emails sent to me, please accept my apologies.........I'm not ignoring you!! Nor have I died or been abducted by aliens!! :)) The galley copy of the book has arrived from the publisher, and I am snowed under making corrections........racing a deadline. I promise to reply to yr emails as soon as this work is done. It's a painful, tedius process, but on the bright side, it means that we are nearly there.....at last!! :)) Cheers, guys.
