Compiled and published under the authority of the Honorable the Court of Directors of the East-India Co> printed in 1855 and created by Wilson, H. H. (Horace Hayman), 1786-1860, Librarian to the EIC and Boden Professor of Sanskrit at the Oxford University.  It is available in several formats and, in my view, the format DJVU is the most user-friendly. Like the later and more well-known Hobson-Jobson, it can be consulted to find the meaning of Indian terms.  Unlike the digitalized Hobson-Jobson, it is not searchable.  The terms are arranged according to the English alphabetical order.
