Now THIS is nostalgia - although with a commercial touch. A new restaurant has come up in Adelaide, Australia. It's called ''British India'', and sports a stylish British Raj theme setting the kitchen tone with soft-focus curries and Anglo-Indian dishes. Obviously I'm interested only in the quaint idea of it all, and have no truck with it. But if one of you gourmets would like to give it a try, here is a report you may find useful.
