Just as a matter of interest: the widow of one of my great-uncles - she was a Branson of Bombay - married a Philip Harold Boosey. He was a professional actor with the Adelphi Theatre in London in 1890, stage-name Philip Cunningham. I read something somewhere to the effect that he was a member of the music- publishing family, but I know nothing about him or it. I do have some bare information about her Branson family, if anyone is interested.
