Re Chenai Births and Deaths Registration Hi Maureen, I tried to track my husband's Birth reg. and was delighted to find it registered! However, when I went into it and checked, his parents names are down as CEK JAYLOR and JM JAYLOR instead of TAYLOR. All other information on the entry is correct, so I know it was the right one! You are able to print it off, which indeed I did, however, it is worthless to us. It would have been priceless, as he has always been given to understand that the registers has been destroyed in a fire, and he has had to use his Baptism certificate as proof of age and parentage. It is free to access and download, so in theory one should be able to enter any name and date of birth and check. I initially just put in the date of birth, as most babies (indeed mine were too) just registered with the parents names and not the name of the child. Regards Rosemary
