The mail problem that the India list is experiencing seems to have affected other lists but most are still operating normally.. Rootswebs engineers are working on it but I do not yet have an estimated date for when it will be fixed. Rootswebs listmasters would like to know a little more about our personal experience to find out if it has affected everyone at the same time. For example, the last message I received that was not in digest form was on March 29th. If you know when you last got a non digest posting please let me know at: [email protected] I will compile a table summarizing the results.and forward it to Rootsweb. I apologise to all subscribers for the inconvenience. Lets hope it gets resolved soon In the meanwhile all messages can be found in the archives at: http://archiver.rootsweb.ancestry.com/th/index/INDIA Here's hoping we get back to normal soon Ian List Admin
>From the feedback I have received so far it looks as though the last message that was distributed to India subscribers was on March 26 with the subject "Dutch Records". If anyone has received a posting since then that was NOT a digest please let me know. Once more I have been assured that Rootswebs engineers are working on the problem Lets hope that they are able to identify and repair the cause quickly.
