I have had help from FIBI.They think this is Elizabeth Cutler b1861. But I am not sure that this is her. That is why I need more information, and i'm hoping that the Death cert. will give me this. Not easy to trace my family, also there is death in the Ranchi area of Wiiliam A Stuart b 1909 that I am wanting to trace, we think he died in 1966 appx, no luck there either we seem to be an elusive lot.
