That it belongs to Charlotte A German and married to Samuel Speechly 1857. Their children Louise Speechly, Daniel Speechly born 1860-1871 this is yet to confirm, and Fredrick Edward Speechly. Sorry not sure when they were born. Also not sure when Charlotte H. German was born? Can you shed any light on this matter of the family please, as it would be most greatful.
