Hi All I am new to the list, but can fill out the details of the family I am researching :- I have a John EDWARDS, born 1848 in Surrey, England who was a Civil Servant in India (I know his UK ancestry) He married an Edith PYCROFT in Gampla, Ceylon in 1878 (I also have her ancestry - not the Sir PYCROFT family) They had a number of children in India and one in England. John died in Khagpur in 1904. Amongst the children was an Arthur EDWARDS born in Nagpur in 1891. This John moved to UK and joined up for WW1 and was killed in action on 1916 My interest is that he used my family's address as a home address in Liverpool when he joined up.
