I was out in Dehra Dun and Mussoorie last year. The Agency Hotel (also called The Chapman Hotel) is no longer there and I believe the building has been demolished. Certainly when we drove down the Rajput Road I couldn't see anything that looked remotely like an hotel. It was however, still in existance run by Mrs Chapman in 1931 as my great grandmother was living there. Your postcard attachment is most interesting.
