Hello List Shirley I'm not quite sure what you are asking. Delhi was part of Bengal. However, if you are referring to the Bengal Wills at the British Library, it is my understanding that these records only contain wills proved at the High Court at Calcutta. So if you believe that your ancestor's will was proved at Delhi, his will would not be in these records. But you may feel it is worth while checking.
