This is rather difficult to work out - initial temptation is that Bom is for Bombay; but more likely it is abbreviation for rank of Bombardier (which is like a gunner and is a rank in the Artillery). However what the Rack or Rock Corps is I don't know - there is no other similar designation on the same page, and not something I have come across before.
