I downloaded one quite successfully. It is a good clear scan and was indexed correctly as November 1901. It took less than 2 minutes to download 284Mb (466 pages) so I think DLI must have new servers or there are other improvements in the infrastructure since I last went there. This was 7pm BST, approaching midnight in India. The only negative point is the pdf is not searchable. However there is an index at the back so searching for individuals is straightforward. Simon.
