Could someone on the List give me some information on Washermanpettah, Madras. It is where one of my relations, Israel Jedidiah Skinner was buried in 1877? He was a Clerk at the Customs House in Rangoon in 1873. For some unknown reason he took his family back to Madras. Thank you, David Cornelius
