Hi all, I am chasing any information about the family of Charles Coviedale/Coverdale GREENWAY and Mary Farquharson FOLEY They married in Cawnpore, India 12 June 1827. Mary Farquharson FOLEY was the daughter of Richard FOLEY and Mary SMITH. I am hoping by looking at this family I may learn more about Mary SMITH and her family as well as maybe Richard FOLEY'S family Charles and Mary had the following children: Samuel Richard GREENWAY 1828, Cawnpore Charles Foley GREENWAY 1830, Cawnpore and died 1831, Cawnpore Henrietta Mary GREENWAY 1833, Cawnpore Charles William GREENWAY 1835, St John's Calcutta William Farquharson GREENWAY 1838. I know nothing of what happened to their children. I do know that Mary Foley's sister Emelia Julia Foley and Edward George LEWELLIN'S children carried the name Farquharson for several generations but don't know where it originated.
