Many thanks to Maureen, Noel and Laura for your help. You make it all look so easy- I have lots to learn. Ernest was the 4th child of Harry Edwin Abbott. (Three of his six children died before age 1). Now if I could find out where my father Thomas Ernest Abbott disappeared after the war, this branch of the family would be complete.
