At this time the Andaman Islands were part of the Madras Presidency, although earlier the Andaman Islands seem to have been a protectorate of Burma, which was part of the Bengal Presidency. If Allan is looking for baptisms, the new LDS Family Search site has records up to March 1910, but nothing after that due to privacy issues.
