I’ve have been searching for many, many, many years for a relative of mine “Clarence Mannas” wanting to know as to When and Where he was Born. Clarence Mannas worked for the Southern Railway in Hubli, India as a Crane Drive around the 1940’s and maybe to the middle of the 50’s. I’ve tried everywhere trying to find his date and place of birth even writing many times to the Southern Railway but no response. The Railway has to have his “Record of Employment” giving his date and place of birth and plus maybe the names of his next of kin. Many have helped but we have all come empty.
