Hello List Thelma said: Dear Peter - many thanks for the informaton received - Peter Glendower was my grandfather - William his father - and the original Peter (who we were told was Dutch) hopefully will show up in the film 521839 - if you will be having this film out at any time in the future - or anyone else on the list - would be so grateful to have any further information.    He married in Vepery in 1805 Hannah Lindsay- when I visited the BL in earlier days of research found this marriage - but could not find anything further.  I think it is very likely that film 521839, which as Peter said is Madras Baptisms, Marriages and Burials Volume 11 and 12 of 1743 to 1830, contains exactly the same record which Thelma has already found at the British Library. Although some LDS microfilms are films of Church registers in India, 521839 is a copy of British Library records. Cheers Maureen (Sydney)
