Hello to all I am trying to trace - for a friend Malcolm Fernandez - Arthur Rosario a retired Railway man last known to be living in Kidderpore , Kolkata.Arthur and Malcolm worked on the Railways in the Vizag /Waltair area many years ago but lost touch a while back.
