Maureen said " Records for the period 1760-1900 are now available online. " I thought I would try these records and was disappointed not to find an ancestor whose records I had copied some years ago at Kew. I will now look into why they didn't come up, but I would just like to warn people that if they don't find the person they are looking for, they shouldn't close their minds to that source.
