According to the 1860 Concord twp., Dekalb Co., IN census, I have a Sarah Harris married to Isaac Franks. Although it states that they were from Virginia, their children were born in IN, at least one (Sarah, married to Silas Latta) was born in Dekalb Co. Could any of these people be in your tree?
