JAYS last known address in late to early 1960's was on ROHS AVE. in DETROIT. One of JAYS daughters was married to a city transit worker last beginning with K, possibly of POLISH descent. Accorfing to family members he was referred to as "THE SINGING BUSDRIVER" because if his good voice & singing on his daily route. This was in the 1950's. Other brother was ALBERT HARRIS. left home at an early age & believed to have located in WI. no known descendants. looking for my grandfather, first name unknown, a native of COLDWATER, MI. He lived in DEKALB COUNTY, IN during the 1890's before moving to WAYNE COUNTY, MI. it is in DETROIT that it is believed he also operated an irish tavern, probably after 1900's to ??. He was married to Martha ?, whom died young. do not know if he remarried. He died in WAYNE COUNTY, MI. around 1940. One addendum to this is on the HERSEY name.
