The father was John Moore but for some reason a cousin told my mom that she didnt think he was married to Julia. James Albert Moore married and died in Garrett, DeKalb Co. So far we havent found anything more on Julia. I found one set of DeVore's on the 1860 census, but in Tippecanoe Co which is the other side of the state so we dont know for sure: James DeVore age 47 b. KY Julia " age 16 b. IN John " age 15 b. IN Frances " age 12 b. IN Jeremiah " age 09 b. IN If you happen to see a Julia DeVore anywhere while looking for yours please let me know...I'll keep an eye out for a Catherine too. Kathy
