    1. [INDEKALB-L] New York Central Lines Railroad
    2. THOMAS P. TARANTINO
    3. Hi, I just found out that my great grandfather, Robert William McNabb, worked for the New York Central Lines Railroad, when he was 18. This is what it says on the badge he wore on his cap. Station Baggage Agent L.S. & M.S. R.W. New York Central Lines Service Date- 1884 I was told the initials stand for Lake Shore & Michigan Southern. I do not know what the R.W. stands for, unless it's rail way. Did this line run through Garrett or Butler? As far as I know he only lived in the DeKalb- Allen County area. I would appreciate any help anyone could give about this railway line. Is there a place to write for records of employees? Would anyone at the railroad museum in Garrett, know about this? Thank you for any help you can offer. Yours in Christ, Debbie
