I am looking for information on Andrew Hoover and wife Francis who were listed on Wilmington Twp, Dekalb Co census in 1860. However, I could not find them on the 1870 census. Andrew and Frances were from Luzerne County Pennsylvania; Andrew b. about 1814 and Frances b. about 1829. Their children were James, Lucinda, Francis (female), Anne or Ancel (listed as male on PA 1850 cenus and as a female on 1860 Indiana census), Lucinda and Andrew Jr. Any help would be appreciated. Joan
