Wolud it be possible for someone to check the DeKalb Co. books and identify the parents and siblings of Clarence R. Dicks. As a child I thought the Dicks family was the family that had adopted my Grandmother's sister (Cleo Cox) so was perplexed to find out she had married a Clarence Dicks. Would like to know more about the family of Clarence prior to his marriage to Cleo Cox. Any help will be greatlly appreciated.
