I looked at several online obituary lists and couldn't find anything. Maybe someone with access to actual records in De Kalb County will be able to help you. You probably already know this since you have the death and birth dates, but Chancey Vian and his wife are both buried in the Corunna Cemetery in DeKalb, Co. He died in 1963, not 1863, but I'm sure that was a typo. Have you looked in the Census records? He is listed in 1930 as well and 1880. Sorry I couldn't be of more help.
