I am from Miller Ovid's line. I know Hiram died of cancer and was very ill for quite some time. I am to young to know any of the stories, however I bet I could put you in touch with a few people who you could talk to, my sister-she remembers Mae and maybe Nelda's daughter (approx. 89 year olds, currently) or grandchildren. I have in storage Mae's journals. I have never had the time to go through them, however I know my sister has looked at them once or twice. I would be very interested in information about Hiram's family. I'm at a brick wall. I have no solid information on his family. Ihave born in various places and no parents names.
