Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/rw/Th.2ADI/2120.1 Message Board Post: I have put that address in yahoo's maps and it said it dont exist and i scanned through all the streets in garrett and i didnt even see a match like if what you have was a typo. What may have happened is it was around at the turn of the century but as cars came around and buildings got bigger the road disappeared or became an alley. Only thing i can say is try to find a map of Garrett from 1900 and see if its on that. If i find one i will post the link here. Good Luck on your search

    2. Marlaina Fritz Barr
    3. Hello, I am hoping to find any information on my Uncle's first wife, Alene Hinson b. 1920-1928. Alene was married James Erwin Holdeman b. 1924 in the 1940's to 1950's, and they were divorced by 1960. Due to his work in the oil & gas business they could have lived in more places than I know. His family at the time was in Auburn, Indiana. Other addresses I know of were Wyoming, Montana, and Colorado. Thanks for any help, Marlaina Fritz Barr

I've recently started researching my family history. One black hole I'm trying to fill is on my paternal grandfather's lineage. His name is C. L. Barkey. I believe his first name was Coyle and he was born July 1900. If Coyle is the right "C.L. Barkey", he married Elsie Stichter in Freeport, IL around 1927 or 1928. Any help/advise would be appreciated. Of course if there is anything I can do way out here in Oregon to help your already extensive “700 page” effort, I would be happy to return a favor. Scott Downey

    3. In the Steuben Co. Cemetery books there are several Foltz. There are no Flotz. When I question the spelling I usually check out cemetery records. That is usually a good source to locate the correct spelling. bonzovt@msn.com wrote: This is a Message Board Post that is gatewayed to this mailing list. 3. According to the History of DeKalb County, George Revett died 9 Mar 1879. He was the son of James Revett and Sarah Haskins and both he and his father fought in the Indiana 44th. George Revett was wounded at Shiloh. I could not find him in the Butler Cemetery but I did find his mother and father buried there. I have more information on the family. Should you wish to share information, please contact me at my email address above.
