Sondermann, and Wheras, In his death St. Mary's Court, No. 451, hs lost a kind and loving counselor, therefore be it Resolved, That we, as a fitting tribute to his memory, offer a Mass of Requiem and recite the Rosary for the repose of his soul and that our charter be draped for a period of thirty days and that a copy of these resolutions be published in the official organ of the W.
