    2. This is a Message Board Post that is gatewayed to this mailing list. Surnames: Fisk, Lukens, Elliott Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/rw/Sh.2ADI/1816 Message Board Post: Hi, I'm trying to track down some of my father's family that were in Aurora in the mid-1800s to at least the early 1900s. The family group is: Charles & Jennie (Elliott), sons James, Alva, Charles, and daughters Nellie & Eva. I've located them in the 1870 & 1880 census for Aurora, as well as the 1900 census. Charles was a carriage maker, and in 1900, they owned a farm. Alva married Jennie Lukens, moved to IL for a short while before moving to Los Angeles with William (their only child; my paternal grandfather). Apparently Eva was still living with Charles & Jennie when she was 22. The census list her occupation as "artist." Charles (Sr.) had a sister in Aurora; Susan (Fisk) Bailey, married to George. What I would like is any information on Eva Fisk, and the Elliott & Lukens families. Jennie Lukens was born in 1870 (IN); Jennie Elliott in 1844 (IN), and Eva Fisk in 1878 (IN). I'm especially interested in Eva's history! I know this is a lengthy post, but I'm trying to get in as much info as possible! Thanks for any help you can send my way!
