At the time the court house was being remodeled and the basement was closed to the public so I was unable to look at or get a copy of the actual application that had been recorded up stairs in the court house. I would be glad to pay any expense involved if someone would be kind enough to take the time to look up and make a copy of the application. I have a family biography which states that the wedding took place on Sept. 5th. 1842 in Lawrenceburg, Dearborn County, IN and in the biography Susannah's last name is spelled Green (without the e on the end) . The biography states " that the information was partly from memory and also from knowledge" so I would think the above information would be more accurate.
