    3. Hello Dan, Thanks again for your help. I went to the Lawrenceburg library and copied the 1875 and 1860 maps. I plan on going back down tomorrow. Thanks! I am not related to your Morgan family but I do research in Dearborn County. I have an Atlas from 1875 and it show a parcel of land in Harrison Township as the Estate of Benj. Morgan. It was 80 acres. Nearby ws a 266 acres site for a A. Morgan. I have attached a pdf file that is a map of Dearborn County as of current times. If you look at area J3 on this map you will find a Morgan Road. This corresponds to to area in the 1875 map. Also there is a cemetery record book by Dianne Fox and Lois Harper that lists Benjamin (1787-1871) and Lucy Hathaway (1808-1876) buried in Gibson Cemetery, Bright, Indiana. Also in the cemetery is Angeline, Armatase/Armatage, Daniel P., Elmer, Enoch,Fannie, Francis, George W., Hannah, Harry C., Lucy E., Margaret, Mary E., Philo, Rebecca, Son & Daughter, William H. Morgans all. The Lawrenceburg Public Library has copies of the atlas and cemetery books. Here is some info that might help. I have been able to find old records from the historical society. Records only go back to 1826, there was a fire in the court house. The historical society has microfilms of most old records.
