I would appreciate any information on any of the following. Robert, Benjamin & Jesse DRAKE arrived in Qearborn CO in the late 1700's from KY. They were on the 1807 Indiana Tax List and were mentioned in several County histories in IN. Robert and Benjamin moved to Switzerland CO about 1821, and Jesse moved to Decatur CO about the same time. Robert DRAKE married Mary / Polly PICKETT, 11 July 1797, Franklin CO, KY, children: Lucretia, Enoch, Rebecca, John, Dillard and possibly others. Robert died June 1845. Polly d. 22 Sept. 1843. Benjamin DRAKE married Hannah McCULLOUGH; he was on the early Tax List in Clark CO, KY 1792-'96. He bought a great deal of land in York TWP, IN and was a proprietor of Florence, IN. Ben died in 1820; ch: Nancy, Elizabeth, Sally, John, and maybe others. Jesse DRAKE m. Jane ...; he ran a tavern in Decatur CO until about 1845. He was with Ben in Clark CO, KY, 1794-'96; ch: John, Martha, Louisa, Benjamin, Dillard and possibly another son whose name I don't know and maybe others. Jesse and his children, John, Martha (who married Wm. ROSS), and Benjamin all lived near each other either in or near Greensburg, Decatur CO, IN from Dec. 1821 until about 1845.
