He was born in Edgerton, Wisconsin to Henry Naiden and Mary Duxbury (maiden name). Henry was born in England ca 1817, but I can not identify him in England without additional information such as his mother's name, location of birth, etc. Henry Richard Naiden married Carrie Leroux Sanks who was the only daughter of James O. Sanks and Sarah Madeline Weiser. I have traced the Sanks and Weiser trees back to the 1600s but I can not continue with the Naiden line without another piece of the puzzle. I have looked through the LDS site but they do not make the connection from Henry Naiden in the U.S. to Henry Naiden in England. One possibility is that the spelling was changed in the U.S. English census information often has the spelling wrong. Having said that, the U.S. census had Sanks misspelled. If you have any further information on Henry Naiden born in England in 1817 I would be most grateful. Equally, if you would like photos of James O.
